This place IS NOT a resort. Don’t be fooled. It’s a nice venue with pretty scenery. But that’s it. The employees are so rude and unhelpful. Regina has got to be the most unprofessional person ever. The whole place is a lot of fluff. They claim to be this or that but when you get there so see that they aren’t happy you are there and don’t really care to see you enjoy yourself. The "manager" of the restaurant was s rude and pretty much told my husband and I that because it was "off season" and we didn’t pay full PEAK SEASON price he wouldn’t serve us during the day at the pool because he "couldn’t afford to pay someone min. wage to work the day shift" no joke so he and his one employee sat inside the bar and played on the computer. He told us they only get business people there and those people don’t come to the pool during the day so he "wasnt prepared" for us being there at the pool. HOWEVER. We ARE business people also, just on vacation. They knew we were there on our honeymoon and we had the reservations for 6 months. REALLY you weren’t prepared? NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAD FILED FOR BANKRUPCY. They have no desire to make money from their guest. Oh and the ranch manager and some blonde older lady were in the bar/restaurant hours after closing time totally making out and groping each other drinking the liquor. They didn’t know we were in hot tub and could see it all YEAH REAL PROFESSION PLACE! This is not a resort it’s not more than an expensive hotel. Stay somewhere else. And please GET SOME BETTER EMPLOYEES.
